Secured $25M project finance loan to enable Phase 2 development of a much larger $100M project. Phase 3 & 4 under discussion to follow upon Phase 2 completion and re-finance deal to structure future lending capacity.
Green Energy Project
First tranche of $300M waste refinery build project secured. Full project split into 3 tranches over 3 years. We helped structure the deal, populate the dataroom with required documentation and introduce lender.
Medical Equipment
$25M debt finance deal to fund government awarded contract. Worked with the client to update all data and documents, packaged the deal and sourced lender.
Web3 Blockchain
$2M equity raise to take product to market. Sourced investor and worked with client to ensure readiness for investor meetings. Retained by client for future raises.

In association with a trusted partner, we performed transformational financial assistance for a top media and entertainment group on its M&A and funding, including deal origination, capital raising, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and transaction execution.
MedTech
Sourced a combination of equity and debt for client. $50M total with $20M equity/$30M debt package to complete FDA trials and take product to market.

Worked with an innovative battery tech client in association with our trusted partner to improve their investor readiness profile before sourcing a debt/equity deal for $500M in 5 tranches over 5 years.
